Our handyman services are billed at an hourly rate, with most projects scheduled in half-day or full-day increments to ensure efficiency and thorough completion.

Homeowners enrolled in one of our maintenance plans receive a 10% reduction on our standard handyman rate, along with priority scheduling benefits.

What happens if you discover a larger issue during a home maintenance visit?

If our handyman technicians identify a larger repair or underlying issue during a scheduled maintenance visit, we document the findings in your maintenance job report and review them with you.

How does scheduling work for preventive home maintenance visits?

For our preventive home maintenance plans, homeowners select a preferred service day along with either an 8:00 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. arrival window. We then build your recurring schedule to occur on the same day of the week and at the same time every three months for consistency and convenience.

You’ll receive automated reminders 21 days before your visit and again one day prior, so there are no surprises. If you need to adjust an upcoming appointment, simply contact our office after receiving the 21-day reminder and we’ll be happy to reschedule.
