Snow Removal

SEASONAL:

  • Service Frequency: As-needed basis, following snowfall or ice accumulation

  • De-Icing: Application of snow and ice melt to maintain safe walking surfaces
  • Seasonal Rate: $600
ONE-TIME VISIT- SNOW SHOVELING:
  • Snow Shoveling: Clearing of snow when accumulation is less than 3 inches
  • De-Icing: Application of snow and ice melt as needed
  • Rate: $155 per visit
ONE-TIME VISIT - SNOW BLOWING:
  • Snow Blowing: Clearing of snow when accumulation exceeds 3 inches
  • De-Icing: Application of snow and ice melt as needed
  • Rate: $175 per visit
